When insurance is involved, the policy can dictate who you see, the number of sessions allowed, and even the course of treatment. When you pay directly for services, your clinician works with you to determine goals, treatment interventions, and the number of sessions needed.
As a consumer of services, you do have options other than insurance, including paying Tabono directly. While slightly more costly, there are numerous advantages to not billing your insurance provider.
At Tabono, we recognize that mental health services can be costly. We actively work toward being included on most major insurance plans, but you should first contact your insurance carrier to see if we are covered by your policy. Below is a list (updated regularly) of currently accepted insurance.
If Tabono is not a covered provider by your insurance, we can provide the necessary documentation for you to submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Electronic Health Records
For your convenience, Tabono utilizes an electronic records system which allows you to complete forms online, track appointments, and access payment information. Once you have scheduled your first appointment, you will receive an email with a link to complete all forms through our online system. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or issues. All forms can be completed electronically to save time and trees!
If you find yourself having trouble completing the forms online, the links below will allow you to print a paper copy of the forms. For your first appointment, please print and complete all forms to give to your therapist when you first meet.
